Co-Founder – Winnie Lei


Winnie Lei is a health and wellness educator with a multidisciplinary background in nutrition, public health, food science and community wellbeing. She is dedicated to making health knowledge practical and accessible, empowering individuals to build sustainable lifestyle habits. Her mission is to ensure everyone—regardless of background—has the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Co-Founder – Laura Li


Laura Li is a community pharmacist committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy care. She is passionate about improving health literacy and empowering individuals to use medicines safely and confidently. She also provides accredited medication management review (MMR) services and is a credentialled vaccinating pharmacist, supporting stronger health outcomes across the community.

David Wang – GP & Anatomy Specialist


David Wang is a General Practitioner with a strong foundation in medicine, biomedicine and human anatomy. Recognised for excellence in surgical anatomy innovation, he brings a clinically informed, evidence-based approach to community health. David is passionate about helping individuals understand their bodies and make informed health decisions.

Irving Li – Epidemiologist & Public Health Researcher


Irving Li is an epidemiologist with a PhD in Epidemiology and professional experience in disease prevention, cancer research and early childhood neurodevelopment. His work spans infectious disease control, tumour research and public health education. He is driven by a commitment to improving population health through data-informed, evidence-based interventions.

Mou Wang – Registered Dietitian & Metabolic Health Specialist


Mou Wang is a Registered Dietitian with clinical experience in hospital health management. She specialises in metabolic health and the impact of natural foods on human physiology. With a strong academic foundation and practical experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals understand the science behind nutrition and build healthier dietary habits.

Zhe Cheng – Strength & Conditioning Coach


Zhe Cheng is a strength and conditioning professional with over eight years of experience in high-performance sports and fitness coaching. He designs evidence-based programs for athletic performance, weight management, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. His holistic, science-driven approach supports both physical performance and long-term health.
